Eric M. James
Mr. James received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota School of Business.
He received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. James was a law enforcement officer in northern Colorado for 10 years and this experience has proven invaluable in his specialized practice. Mr. James is licensed in Colorado and South Dakota. Mr. James served as a Deputy District Attorney in the Eighth Judicial District. Mr. James specializes in Employment and Administrative Law and has been a Fraternal Order of Police approved attorney for the past seven years. During that time Mr. James has represented law enforcement officers in critical incidents, administrative hearings, disciplinary actions, and state and federal lawsuits.
Mr. James is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
